Are you having Career CHALLENGE?
Are you
BORED?
Do you
HATE the job?
Do You
Feel STUCK?
UNHAPPY with your current JOB?

Is it the job itself
?
Is it
the company?
T
he working environment?
Y
our manager?
Y
our career path?
...
Be specific with what you don't want exactly.

A fact that we all have to understand is that you start
anything at a time X with certain needs or burning
desires and when you achieve them you start
questioning if this is what you really wanted or not.

Our feeling of achievement and success doesn't last
forever which keeps us setting
new goals and looking
forward for
new challenges.

It is human nature.
Sometimes in search for happiness.
Sometimes in search for challenge.

A
bsorbing this quite well, you can be comfortable to
accept that your needs change due to a lot of factors.

"No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you
have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that
you want to change."
-Barbara De Angelis

First of all is the time at which you examine your
need
s, your past experiences, and your perception of
what you lack or what you need more of.

For career, when we finish our education, or grow
old enough we start reaching for our independence
from our parents, it starts with a need for money
independence so our major concern is to be able to
find A
JOB.

It may be related to our education, experience, or
what we are good at or what we perceive at that time
as we like to do.

When we start gaining some money, we start to
establish or transform these earnings to assets, like
having a residence (apartment, studio, room, just an
independent shelter) when this is satisfied you try to
look for the next need which can be a method of
transportation, next your dreams get bigger as of a
bigger
house, a better car, more savings.
If your career or job still satisfies those perceived
needs then you can continue with the job.

This is done in an order that was primarily illustrated
by
Abraham Maslow's Pyramid of needs where he
identified the essential needs for a human being and
put them in an order.

Maslow's need theory says that you cannot step from
one need to the other upwards except when you fulfill
the lower need.

Lower here stands for more of a basic need or a
mandatory need. If at a time you reach an upper level
of needs and then something disturbed what you
achieved in a lower level, you tend to go back to the
unfulfilled need.

Of course there are exceptions to this theory but you
can think about it in your own terms and find out if it
works well for you or not.

So, the essence here is that we
change over time,
every second we are different, when reading those
lines things change inside you, so it is
OK if at a time
we are happy with our job and the next time we are
not.

How can you
KNOW if this is a time for a MOVE or
it is just moan "I'm not happy, I'm not happy"?

This is a question
nobody can answer except YOU.

And to do so you have to spend sometime with
yourself first, thinking and may be even scripting
what is it exactly that you don't like about your job or
career and what you want to experience in a different
job or career.

to start; you can try one of the

Just remember, your next move needs your investment.

You invest your TIME;
your ENERGY and
COMMITMENT for moving in the right direction.

SO take your time and REMEMBER that
"CHANGE is NOT magical".

Everything takes time, so take as long as it takes to
better understand yourself and your needs.

"Remember, no matter what your background is and what your
current circumstances are, you have the capacity to take action. This
is one of the golden threads of humanity - we all have the power to act
in a way that will improve the quality of our lives." -Robin S. Sharma

Feeling this is too much to do alone, need help, need
support or just an honest and believing PARTNER.
