Can this be attained?? HOW??

 

 Most of our problems originate from our brain. It is the way we think that drives us crazy. How we see our lives, our thoughts shape our past, present and future.

We have been brought up with several beliefs that may be the main cause of our misery. We learnt to sabotage our dreams, limit our ambition to a JOB, Family, Kids and every thing then goes on automatically.

 

And what have we done?? We followed the path. We work, have families and kids and still we are not happy.

 

Why our parents were better? How did they cope? Yes we are in a different era, with more materialistic demands, and less spiritual practices. With more hunger to attain this and that, a car, a home, a chalet, annual vacation that need not to be in a repeated place, a club to join became mandatory, more than one car in the family is essential and lots and lots.

 

The more you attain and get in search for happiness, you feel unhappy.  You want to please your family, you take the kids out for a wonderful day and at the end of your ruined vacation, they are unhappy and crying instead of thanking you, why?? Because for them it is never enough, if you wanted this, they wanted that. Are we in a mad world? Are we with the wrong people? Is it our fault? Should we just let life go on? Should we stop thinking or focusing on how we feel? Are we exaggerating our feelings?

 

It is a mixture of entangled things that again starts by the way we think. A belief is just a thought that is repeated and repeated till it becomes a belief. Once a belief it is difficult to change. BUT it is not impossible. It just needs to be worked on. May be all you need as a start is to find someone to talk to. Someone to empty all your thoughts at his ears. Someone who will not be tedious if you just go on and on describing how you feel and what you need to have. Someone who will not judge your words and describe you as nuts or complicated.

 

Is that all??

 

NO, it is not all. The coach helps you understand what is beneath your feelings, what are your thoughts and beliefs and from where they originated. The coach helps you defined the patterns in your life that inhibits your feelings of satisfaction and happiness. The coach helps you understand in depth what is running in your mind, heart and soul and helps you integrate them all. With your coach you can even step then further, to action. Yes to work on what you have diagnosed with his help. That's when you start to master your life, start to make small doable shifts that will help lead the life of your own design.
